REFUNDS & RETURNS
NOTE: DMC Does not accept returns from outside of the EU due to taxes and tariffs. We apologise for any inconvenience. there is a good sell-on market for DMC that you should be able to resell your fins locally should they not fit.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will gladly accept unused returns for items purchased through dmcfins.eu within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Fins must be returned in an unused, saleable condition, with original tags and packaging, to be eligible for a refund. We suggest using tracking when returning your package.
In the meantime, for a quick turnaround we recommend you go back online and re-order the correct size.
We do not pay for return shipping. We do not exchange.
We do not return Soft Surf Helmets, for hygiene reasons. Please check sizing carefully. Sizing instructions can be found on each SSH Model page.
Only items purchased directly through dmcfins.eu may be returned to our warehouse. Items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the return policies of the retail partner.
All accepted refunds follow the returns process detailed above and once approved are applied to the original card or method of purchase.
Please note that refund delays may occur as card issuer processing times vary greatly, something we are unable to influence.
We do not process exchanges.
We do not issue return labels.
